Gail Barrington is a Certified Management Consultant and has a Doctorate in Educational Administration from the University of Alberta. She brings her passion for social justice, wealth of practical experience, and commitment to quality program evaluation to all her consulting projects. With over 20 years experience as a program evaluator, she has synthesized her learning into an effective evaluation approach that addresses client needs and fosters program improvement. She works with organizations to increase their understanding of evaluation and to build their capacity to integrate evaluation into their decision making processes.

Program Evaluation Services

Gail has conducted more than 100 program evaluation studies, mainly in the fields of health, education, and programs serving high-needs populations. These studies answer important social questions and are conducted using rigorous, ethical, and innovative approaches to research.

Evaluation Training

A trained teacher and adult educator, Gail has taught at all levels of education from elementary school to graduate school. She is a top-rated presenter and has offered more than 75 workshops on evaluation topics.
